Escape from plastic is my page about how I am trying to live a life free from plastic. I'm hoping to exchange handy tips, lists of substitutes, successes and failures and anything else that might be useful to help us all lead a happy life less plastic.

Me

My name is Sarah Wise. I am 51 and live in North Norfolk (UK) with my partner Chris Rose and a Scottie dog and two guinea pigs. We have two daughter who are currently studying at University. Although Chris and I have been environmentalists since we were in our early twenties this blog does not claim to know it all. This is just my story, I know it does not represent everybody.
